hmmm many hard work a front of U but in Your age I can't draw like this so good perspective for future 
anyway very nice more line contrast ex. in eye harder circle B2 the best for eye 
adn...hmmm hair are the most dificult thing to draw in portraits 
but...here not so baad lol but to perfect too long way
